We manufacture and repair all types of
aerospace components. We have a plasma coating department, laser
department, plating department, CNC tube bending, CNC Maching, Fusion welding,
brazing, X-Ray, FPI (flourescent penetrant inspection), CMM (coordinate
measurement machine), acid cleaning line, and hot form press department.
I work as an FAA Repair Development Engineer. I repair all types
of assemblies for a living. Its great to work in a place like this
where I have free roam, and I thoroughly enjoy my job. It makes a
big difference. I have CAD capability at work and will try to assist
for some of your projects.
I am looking for Jr Scout parts, I have
a frame and motor (no primary & tranny). I have a complete 741
motor (less kickstarter pinion setup) that I am assembling into a 249 frame.
And if at all possible, I'd like to have a 741 or an old powerplus.
Cash is tight until I can move those fenders,
or arrange a swap. I have been working on so many other peoples'
Indian stuff, that my projects have been dormant.
