Sterling Siren by Michael Breeding

Perhaps not a new part to appeal to everybody, but I'm sure some of you haven't seen one of Michael's fine sirens (I hadn't; thanks to Stan for the pictures!), and if your Indian has a past in police or military service, you might be interested in hearing what Stan has to say about his.

Lots more cool stuff in Michael's online catalog! (recently updated, too!)

Here are the installed pictures of Michael Breeding's Sterling Siren on my 41 Chief. This is the Military version, and they sell for $975 (either version), which will scare off a lot of folks, but when you see the workmanship, and amount of work required to reproduce this piece of equipment, it is easy to justify. Michael says, that it comes with everything but paint, and with the exception of the two foot lever (primary) bolts, he is 100% correct. He supplied the bolts, but I changed them, since the ones supplied were coarse thread, and one is supposed to be fine (I know, picky, picky). There is one item which I think should be addressed though. There should be a warning tag in the box that states; WARNING! THIS DEVICE MAY CAUSE NEUROTIC BEHAVIOR IN HOUSEHOLD PETS. My dogs may never be the same! Have you ever seen a Great Dane try to howl!? It isn't a pretty sight.  Stan
