Forged "H" Beam connecting rods.

Connecting rods are made of 4340 material and have a tensile strength 25% stronger than the originals. 4340 matl allows itself to be twisted around without breakage unlike original rods which just plain old let go. The H beam design is a fully machined rod and is the same found in all high end high performance racing engines.
Cost is $299.95pr

Flywheels

Flywheels are available off the shelf  in 74" and 80" strokes. Our design also allows for a multitude of stroke variations, if you want a 5" or so stroke, we can make it during each run. Flywheels are cast by Truett and Osborne (of Harley fame) in 85,000 psi ductile iron. Flywheels are pre fitted (at no cost) and supplied with crankpin and thrustwashers (at extra cost). This makes it easier for the customer. These flywheels have the same balance weights as original. Cost $379.95pr

Flywheel Assembly  $999.95 plus labor to fit, true and balance. All parts of Kiwi manufacture.

Transmission case with trans kit & other parts of Kiwi manufacture.

The transmission is all reproduction including the kickstart parts. The clutch sprocket is the only non repro item and seen as they are faily bullet proof, the customers one can be reused. We are working on a different clutch design that may lead itself to a totally different design. If I can pull it off, it will be ultra trick. Cost varies according to exactly what the customer requires.
Basically the trans kit which includes almost everything (as well as gaskets and other misc items) less kickstart parts, clutch sprocket and trans case is $959.95. Trans case is an extra $599.95. In a nut shell, the trans kit is everything required to go into your trans starting from the primary cover gasket and to do a complete replacement of parts and not having to worry about overlooking items.
We can supply a completely new transmission including the case on an as per ordered basis.
