For sale: A few years ago we took our Panhead Bonneville racer and made motor mounts and a sprocket to mount an Indian motor in my Harley (Ness) frame. Worked great with air shifted 4 speed! Of course we realize that some people would rather die than use HD parts but the money was keeping me from building my dream bike, The Worlds Fastest Flathead. For sale: I have brought a 48 Chief and the 741 has to go.The bike is original with the exception of the speedo, which is not going.  The generator is also not functional but is complete and only requires repair.  Also missing is the carrier and side plate but I can source a good repro set for $150US if needed.  The bike runs and rides well and is a matching number machine.  It has all other standard millitary items including dual tail lights and oil bath aircleaner etc.  It has been painted in yellow two pot paint and the paint is in good nick.  I have a shipping crate and a friend who runs a freight company and would be happy to help arrange shipping.  Asking price is $4,800US  New Zealand. 08.07.00 SOLD! -To a VI Mailing List Member :-)

For Sale: I have decided to sell my 41 Sport Scout, because I am not using it  enough, I want to concentrate on my 40 Chief and ride more. This is NOT a bike made up from parts! If you are looking for an excellent bike, restored with as many original, unmolested parts as possible, get in touch. It isn't  cheap, so if you are looking for a low dollar bike with lots of repro parts, this isn't it. When I bought the bike, it was completely intact, and never  scavenged. The bike is Indian Red with Black saddle. It has some period  custom parts which are not reproduction. Price is $23k.. This bike  was the AMA museum raffle bike about 6 years ago. It rolls free, and engages smoothly, in all positions. There isno evidence of moisture pitting or rusting. The cluster, and slider gear sets all look very good.
